And it was good news.
"Clan Leader, the family has sent reinforcements…"
"They say it's two Grand Mages!"
"What?"
On the deck of the cruise ship, Robert suspected he had misheard. "Say that again."
"What did the family send to support us?"
The man said excitedly, "Grand Mages!"
"Two Grand Mages!"
Robert was stunned for a moment before bursting into laughter. "Excellent! Excellent! Excellent!"
To use the word "sent" for true Grand Mages was clearly inappropriate—it was incredibly rude.
As the Clan Leader of the Florist Family in the Farm World, he possessed certain privileges. His relevant memories had not been completely erased; otherwise, if everyone forgot who they were and where they came from, how could they possibly maintain contact with the main family?
Robert knew exactly what a Grand Mage represented.
In the entire Florist Family, only his older brother, Robes, had reached this Tier.
But now, two had appeared.
And as Clan Leader, Robes was so busy with his duties that it was highly unlikely he would leave the family to come in person.
What did this mean?
It meant that his brother had specially invited these two Grand Mages.
It also meant his older brother, Robes, was truly enraged this time, willing to leverage his network to avenge Zajik at any cost.
Although Zajik had made a mistake that brought great losses to the Florist Family in the Farm World, he was still one of their own—a blood relative. If anyone was going to kill him, it had to be them. No one else had the right.
'So the family never forgot about us...'
Robert was so moved that his lips quivered uncontrollably.
For people like them, sent "out on business," the greatest fear was being forgotten by their kin, abandoned by the family.
Having received no reply for so long, Robert had begun to wonder if the family was angry at their incompetence, intending to leave them to their fate. But now it seemed... his worries had been completely unfounded.
Two whole Grand Mages!
This was a dream team he wouldn't have dared to imagine.
"Quick, prepare a banquet!"
"Bring out the freshest ingredients and the best wine to welcome our two distinguished guests!"
Robert ordered loudly, so excited that spit flew onto his subordinate's face.
The subordinate didn't mind at all. He was just as excited. To think he'd get to see a real Grand Mage in his lifetime—what incredible luck! Now he'd have bragging rights for years to come! He immediately replied, "Yes, Clan Leader! I'll get on it right away!"
After his subordinate left, Robert turned and gazed toward World's End, the excitement on his face slowly replaced by a profound, knowing look.
'Sean, oh Sean... you dared to kill someone from the Florist Family...'
'This time, you're dead!'
As for how the two esteemed guests would find them now that they were sailing on the vast ocean...
That wasn't their problem to worry about.
Grand Mages had their ways.
How could a mere ocean possibly stop them?
The reality was indeed much as Robert had imagined.
An ocean couldn't stop a Grand Mage—at least, not an ocean in the Farm World.
It was just that Eleanor and Elise had only recently broken through. Not yet Tier Eight, they didn't qualify to learn Space Magic and could only "run" there.
Their bodies were overflowing with so much Magic Power it felt endless, but this was still a long, arduous journey they had to make themselves. Since Robert's group had already been gone for several days, the trip was quite exhausting for the Eleanor Sisters.
Initially, Elise had wanted to take things slow. She wanted to look around and get to know this brand-new world. When she discovered that the so-called "Farm" was an actual, real world located on the other side of the Wizarding World, Elise was completely stunned. The sheer amount of new information was overwhelming, and she felt she needed some time to process it all.
Eleanor, however, felt that as helpers invited by the Florist Family to assist with their revenge, they should act a bit more "impatient." Otherwise, it would look as if they weren't taking the job seriously.
This was also part of Her Highness the Saintess's plan.
Although Elise usually enjoyed bickering with Eleanor, she always listened to her older sister when it came to important matters. So, the two girls found a random mall, used a bank card an old crone had given them before they left, and bought themselves Maid outfits. After changing, they hurried nonstop toward World's End.
It wasn't until evening, after the sun had set, that they finally found the Florist Family's cruise ship on the ocean.
"They're here!"
The subordinate who had been watching the surface of the sea excitedly ran to the dining room to report to Robert.
Robert was eating at that moment.
The honored guests hadn't arrived, so the banquet couldn't begin. But there was nothing wrong with grabbing a bite on his own since he was hungry.
Now, hearing they had arrived, he immediately threw down his chopsticks, wiped his mouth, and roared, "Everyone, stop eating! Come with me to welcome our two honored guests!"
"Yes, sir!"
「A few minutes later.」
By the time the sisters stepped on the waves and landed gracefully on the ship, the deck was already crowded with people.
A rough count... there were too many to count.
Elise and Eleanor had rarely seen such a grand reception and were a little nervous for a moment.
Robert was also taken aback when he first saw the two sisters. He hadn't expected noble Grand Mages to be dressed like this. 'Is this some kind of special preference?'
He didn't dare to ask. He quickly recovered, led the crowd in bowing low, and boomed, "We humbly welcome the two Lady Maids!"
"We humbly welcome the Lady Maids!"
The scene was the spitting image of a gang of underlings welcoming their boss home.
No, that's not right. It should be like welcoming the boss's wife.
This was because both Elise and Eleanor were exceptionally beautiful—the kind of pretty young women who would instantly catch your eye in a crowd. Dressed in Maid outfits, they looked even cuter.
