The Unveiling of Secret Queen

Nathalie Quinlan couldn’t figure out why he recently always carried these orange-flavored hard candies with him, but they tasted pretty good.

The irritation in her heart was diluted by the sweet taste of the orange candy in her mouth, and she looked at Amadeus Yancey, lazily tilting her head as she spoke: "Dinner together tonight?"

Amadeus Yancey put the glass back and turned to ask her: "With whom?"

Nathalie Quinlan repeated what she had just said to Sadam Vinson: "Nicholas Fuller, and also my teacher and some people from The First Research Institute."

When Amadeus Yancey heard that Orson Saban was also going, his fingers paused for a moment, seeming slightly helpless.

Nathalie Quinlan noticed his brief hesitation and thought he was busy: "If you don’t have time, it’s alright, I’ll go with Sadam Vinson."

Alfred Garland chose the last empty seat to sit down.

The waiter quickly served the dishes.

Wincent Sullivan, on the other hand, was more tactful and kept looking after Nicholas Fuller and Orson Saban, occasionally bringing up topics involving the two elders.

Williansen Barness didn’t talk much, eating throughout with his head down. If not for his outstanding looks and strikingly calm demeanor, he probably wouldn’t have been noticed at the table.

Nathalie Quinlan initially thought Nicholas Fuller invited her out to talk about something, but it turned out Nicholas Fuller only wanted to throw her a welcome back party.

After a few rounds of drinks, the air conditioner in the private room was set too high, making the air quite uncirculated and somewhat stuffy.

Agnes Baker was still gossiping about the research institute in her ear.

Nathalie Quinlan casually picked up her phone, stood up, and said to her: "I’m going to the restroom."

"Huh? Okay." Agnes Baker responded and immediately asked her: "Do you want me to go with you?"

Nathalie Quinlan was sitting directly under the air conditioner vent, her head aching; her temples throbbed as she pulled out her chair, saying to Agnes Baker: "No, I’ll be right back."
