"So," Amaterasu said, her eyes narrowing until the red in them burned brighter, "I’m just supposed... to let this Akasha take my Star System?"
Nara looked at her with a slightly more serious expression, the smile fading without disappearing entirely.
"Amaterasu... There is no need to hide it." Her voice stayed even, yet every word carried weight. "I can feel it. The Orin Star System no longer belongs to the Celestial Sun."
Every leader of the Pantheon carried titles, and with those titles came a unique kind of recognition that their peers could instinctively sense.
As a Supreme Goddess, Nara could effortlessly perceive that Amaterasu no longer possessed the same aura of acknowledgment she once did.
Amaterasu gritted her teeth, the muscle along her jaw tightening while another scatter of embers lifted from her hair and died in the air.
Sunya spoke before the silence could harden further.
"If I am not wrong," she said, green eyes lowering for a heartbeat before they lifted again, "I believe Lord Dream may have become the new ruler."
While internally her thoughts... were a bit more complex.
’You truly can’t put anything past that monster...’ Though she hadn’t even seen a fraction of what Akasha could do... There was one thing about him that had never left her mind since seeing it.
And that was the Dream Akasha pulled her into back when they were in the Land of Yomi.
That Elven paradise... it unintentionally gave rise to unprecedented dreams... or visions.
A vision of a tree so massive... so full of vitality that it seemed to call to her very soul.
’Just... what did he even do to me?’
And while she thought to herself, Amaterasu interrupted them.
At the revelation that she at this moment could no longer be considered a Supreme Goddess... she did not grow angry.
However, she was also not one to give in easily either.
"So what?" she asked, shoulders square, red eyes still fixed on Nara. "We can always take it back. If not for that bitch Izanami, there is no way I would have been caught so far off guard."
Nara shook her head again.
"I am not sure about that. Akasha has the same attainments as my own in the Language of Gods."
"What?" Amaterasu said, staring at Nara in disbelief. "Since when is reaching stage two of the Language of Gods easy?"
She couldn’t forget how effortlessly Akasha had defeated her... though she’d never admit it was fair.
Now realizing his mastery of the Language of Gods was this advanced... that changed everything.
Nara completely ignored Amaterasu, turning her gaze back to Sunya, though her next words were still meant for Amaterasu too.
"We can easily get you another star system. But first, the Sun Kami and the rest of the Celestial Sun need time to recover."
Then she smiled at Sunya, the warmth in it returning without softening the authority beneath it.
"I have a mission for you."
Nara’s fingers began their slow circle around the ring again, as she watched Sunya closely.
"The movements of the Accord of Assimilation have become entirely too erratic."
Upon hearing this, Sunya instantly realized where things were headed.
If they truly wanted to achieve their ambition of becoming rulers of the Star Cluster, they would have to keep a close watch on their top enemies at all times.
"You are to head to the Myriad Star System and learn if any undercurrents are stirring."
Without needing further details, Sunya nodded.
Then she turned toward the doors, long blonde hair shifting across her back as she crossed the polished stone.
When she reached the threshold, she stopped and looked back, one hand resting lightly against the frame.
"Are you planning to meet with Lord Dream?"
"Indeed." Nara said as she continued, "If he holds his word, we should have a meeting within the decade."
Sunya remained silent, leaving the chamber with the same steady steps she had taken upon entering, though inside her mind, thoughts raced with quiet urgency.
’I have to be back by then....’ She thought as the image of that tree rose again, and she did not try to push it away.
’I need answers...’
After the doors closed, Amaterasu looked at Nara, red eyes still bright, a faint curl at the corner of her mouth that was not quite a smile.
"It seems Sunya is fond of that Akasha."
Nara nodded, and the smile that followed was calculative rather than warm, the green of her eyes narrowing by a fraction as she turned the ring once more between her fingers.
Internally, she was already placing the pieces: Sunya’s question at the door, the way the title had left her mouth, the decade that still stood between them and a meeting.
"And... Maybe that will be the key we need to rope Akasha in."
Amateras rolled her eyes but didn’t bother to argue.
She watched Nara, her red eyes glowing with that familiar fire, and let the thought linger unspoken between them.

Far from the Celestial Moon stronghold, the world that had been Oryssal no longer answered to that name.
By decree and by the working of Akasha’s dream essence, it had become the World of Beasts, and the world itself now held a single supercontinent of unbroken grassy fields and flowers stretching from horizon to horizon.
Currently, Akasha sat cross-legged in the open skies above it, baggy black clothing loose around his frame, bare feet resting on nothing but air.
The egg of the Ghost Lynx floated before him, its ghostly shell catching the light in pale, translucent hues.
"Now that everyone has been sent off... let’s make a few changes to you."
After Akasha had planted the seeds of future possibilities within Liliana’s father and the Von’El titans, he went on to create over a hundred Dreamer’s Rifts, dispatching them to far-off star systems.
Among those caught up in these events, General Salvatore, in particular, found himself arriving just a few months away from the world of Loreua.
In that moment, Akasha realized he was edging nearer to completing the plans he had set for the Orin Star System.
