Shen Daoxing glanced at the Great Ming Demon Sparrow in his hand, then tucked it away behind his back.

Chu Guifeng scrambled out of the loosened grasp, panting with lingering fear.
The others also breathed a sigh of relief.
However, at that very moment, the eardrum-piercing "ROAR!" echoed once more.
From the severed wrist still in the wall, red Demonic Qi billowed. Suddenly, a new red hand grew back and reached out to grab Chi Yi.
Unafraid, Chi Yi raised a thick, lion-like paw and swatted at it.
But then, the severed red hand on the floor suddenly erupted in a brilliant light. Without any warning, it flew up, tracing an arc through the air to clamp down on Chi Yi’s neck.
"AWOO!"
With its neck caught, Chi Yi tilted its head back and let out a pained wail.
The next moment, red Demonic Qi churned from the wall beside them, and an enormous red monster squeezed its way out into the hall.
It had only a single eye, a corpulent body with a round, protruding belly, and a pair of thick, flabby arms.
Once the one-eyed red monster was out, the hand gripping Chi Yi smashed it downwards. With a pained cry, Chi Yi was slammed violently against the ground.
Then, it tilted its head back, opened its cavernous maw, and lifted Chi Yi, about to swallow the beast whole.
The onlookers were horrified.
But just then, a sharp squeaking suddenly rang out.
"SQUEAK! SQUEAK!"
The Golden-Eyed Treasure-Seeking Rat flickered into view, appearing before the one-eyed monster.
The Golden-Eyed Treasure-Seeking Rat raised a paw, pointed at the one-eyed monster, and let out a few squeaks as if it were berating the creature.
Its body then suddenly swelled. In the blink of an eye, it had grown to be the same size as the one-eyed monster.
SWOOSH!
A gray claw mark streaked across the sky.
The one-eyed monster’s massive hand was abruptly severed.
THUD!
Chi Yi dropped to the ground.
Then, the Golden-Eyed Treasure-Seeking Rat slowly raised its head, opened its cavernous maw, and a powerful suction force suddenly erupted from it.
Under this immense suction, the red, one-eyed monster’s form began to turn ethereal. It broke apart, transforming into specks of red mist that streamed upward, flowing bit by bit into the mouth of the Golden-Eyed Treasure-Seeking Rat.
In just a few moments, the one-eyed monster had been completely swallowed into the belly of the Golden-Eyed Treasure-Seeking Rat.
The Golden-Eyed Treasure-Seeking Rat let out a satisfied burp and rubbed its belly comfortably, seeming quite pleased with itself.
But suddenly, the Golden-Eyed Treasure-Seeking Rat’s brow furrowed. "SQUEAK! SQUEAK!" it cried out in pain.
It clutched its stomach with both paws and rolled on the ground. Its body abruptly shrank, then swelled to a massive size again. The features on its rodent face twisted into a mask of pure agony.
At the same time, wisps of red energy began to drift out from its eyes, ears, nose, and mouth.
Clearly, the Golden-Eyed Treasure-Seeking Rat was unable to digest this strange Demonic Qi.
Nearby, Xin stamped her foot anxiously. "I told you not to eat just anything!"
The Golden-Eyed Treasure-Seeking Rat continued to roll on the ground in agony, its body fluctuating between large and small. Its belly was now swollen to an immense size, looking as if something was about to burst out.
And at that very moment, a clean, large hand suddenly appeared, grabbing the shrunken Golden-Eyed Treasure-Seeking Rat.

The massive monster roared in fury, seemingly enraged that Shen Daoxing had ruined its fun.
The one-eyed monster raised its two enormous, fat hands high and lunged for Shen Daoxing.
Seeing this, Shen Daoxing merely shot the monster a cool glance and slowly raised his arm.
"Venerable Fist!"
Then...
BANG!
Shen Daoxing threw a simple punch that landed on the one-eyed monster’s palm.
This seemingly simple punch, however, suddenly erupted with unparalleled power.
A massive projection of a fist suddenly shot out, extending from the one-eyed monster’s palm all the way through its enormous body.
The one-eyed monster’s massive body was sent spinning high into the air.
CRASH!
A deafening crash resounded.
It smashed heavily into the wall behind it. CRACK! CRACK! The wall fractured, and the entire hall shook from the impact.
Before the one-eyed monster could even react...
Shen Daoxing moved. CRACK! The ground beneath his feet fractured as he vanished from sight.
The next moment, he appeared in front of the one-eyed monster.
Shen Daoxing then raised his hands, grabbed the one-eyed monster’s ankles, and with a slight exertion of force, his small frame abruptly lifted the massive creature.
