Chapter 1265 - 543: Landuin Tomb Grand Battle (Part 2)Chapter 1265: Chapter 543: Landuin Tomb Grand Battle (Part 2)
The next second, the Dark Storm summoned by Carlos and the Chain Lightning summoned by Mogiana collided head-on. Mogiana was exerting all her force to draw power from the Potion Chalice, but the spell of the Great Demon of Tzeentch was far too strong; the mana duel wouldn’t produce a victor anytime soon.
The Fate Weaver knew its magic had no effect on Laine and resorted to outright physical combat. The Witchcraft Staff fiercely struck Laine’s sword’s edge; in a second, the Fate Weaver attacked five times simultaneously. Laine felt pressured to the point of breathlessness; the tremendous force from the Witchcraft Staff made his arms numb. For a moment, the battlefield echoed with the fury and clamor of desperate struggle, as the sword edge of the Goddess of Revenge flashed in flight and collided violently with the witchcraft staff full of eyeballs.
Then, the Goddess of Revenge was sent flying, and before Laine could raise his sword again, Carlos slapped him across the face. The Divine Chosen Champion of the Lake Fairy was directly knocked away, and the Great Demon of Tzeentch’s claws tore open Laine’s armor, carving several bloody marks on his arm and chest.
Laine let out a painful howl, unable to believe he was in such a dire state. The Divine Chosen Champion of the Lake Fairy stumbled to his knees, his handsome face twisted in anguish, gripping the sword of the Goddess of Revenge, trembling.
So strong, so terrifying.
Is this the true power of the Chaos Great Demon? Laine looked up, his face streaked with bright red blood.
Laine’s defeat made the Fate Weaver laugh heartily in triumph, but it soon realized it still needed to face another formidable foe.
Seeing Laine knocked back, Kaled immediately blocked all of Carlos’s attacks. Facing the first Great Demon under Tzeentch, the noble Holy Grail Knight roared angrily, standing firm before the powerful enemy: "You will never succeed; you will never defeat us. We are the Lady’s Knights!"
"You’ve brought corruption to this land, so much hatred, so much endless pain!"
"Now is the time for you to repay these debts!"
"For the Lady!"
Kaled fearlessly launched his fierce assault against the Great Demon of Tzeentch, a devastating offensive that even put Carlos under pressure. The Fate Weaver abandoned its pursuit of Laine, turning to face Kaled; this intricate duel was like a choreographed dance. Kaled displayed his elegant swordsmanship, infused with destructive power, throwing all his might into the Divine Sword Durandal, like a grand and noble epic first-generation Holy Grail Knight, blending force, speed, and will into his swordsmanship.
For a short moment, Kaled seemed evenly matched with Carlos.
But mortal strength ultimately has its limits, and after a brief stalemate, Kaled immediately felt exhausted. His full-force assault made him overlook defense, and Carlos saw through Kaled’s attacks once more, spat flames that burned Kaled’s chest armor. Kaled screamed, losing the ability to resist, then raised the Witchcraft Staff. Under the Witchcraft Flame and Saint Tzeentch’s power, the strike was enough to crush Kaled’s skull.
"Let this be your end, Holy Grail Knight! Neither you nor your Goddess can save you now!"
A hand half-sword, burning with silver flames, blocked the strike. Laine’s scarred face appeared before Carlos, a face filled with hatred, pure hatred.
"What are you still struggling for, mortal?" The Great Demon of Tzeentch laughed wildly, shouting, "My power is so strong that no mortal can match it. Your so-called resistance is just our spiritual sustenance, repeatedly proving your weakness."
"I will never stop fighting, never!" Laine roared, an avalanche of power erupted within him, silver flames burning across his body. Gritting his teeth, roaring in anger, he stood firm before the powerful enemy, pure radiance enveloping the Divine Chosen Champion of the Lake Fairy. This light filled the Fate Weaver with extreme fear, blinding it, forcing it to retreat repeatedly.
Bathing in pure radiance, Laine gripped the Goddess of Revenge tightly, the sword blade slashing out a rainbow-like trajectory.
The Light of Spiritual Power and Demon Fire clashed on the battlefield; in the swamps of Musillon, the two forces violently collided.
"Ahhhhhhhh!!!" Laine gripped the sword blade of the Goddess of Revenge, using his utmost strength to push the blade forward.
"For the love of the Lady! Die!" Kaled recovered, Divine Sword Durandal carrying Kaled’s wrath: "Chaos Scraps!"
"Holy Grail Comet!" Upon seeing this, Mogiana immediately unleashed her strongest magic, and under the Great Curse Technique, a burning comet was summoned from the sky by Mogiana, pulled toward the ground, directly hitting the body of the Great Demon of Tzeentch, igniting a cloud of smoke.
This war drew the attention of the entire battlefield. At this time, the Order Alliance Army was showing signs of collapse under the Chaos Demon’s fierce assault; despair was engulfing the mortals. Around the duel ground, mortal bodies were falling in patches into Musillon’s cold swamp.
"I am the Fate Weaver! I am immortal!" The battle reached its peak, Carlos, the Fate Weaver, emerged from the smoke, mostly injured, one wing broken by Mogiana’s Holy Grail Comet.
