Next day, while Pooja was preparing to go out and bring back some food, Vikram stopped her.

"I also want to go with you," he said. "I want to hunt food myself."

Pooja nodded without hesitation. "Alright, let’s go together."

The two left the stronghold and headed into the forest. After walking for some time, they spotted a large buffalo grazing near a clearing. Pooja signaled Vikram to stay quiet and showed him her hunting style. She used her fire ability in a controlled way, sending precise flames that quickly took down the buffalo without burning the meat.

Vikram watched carefully and nodded in approval. "That’s impressive."

But seeing her skillfully use fire, something stirred inside him. She looked confident and powerful, which he found very attractive. Without thinking much, he stepped closer and said, "Pooja, hold that tree and bend down."

Pooja blinked in confusion. "Huh? Why?"

She didn’t understand what he wanted, but she still did as he asked. Like Bushra and Sana before her, she suddenly felt a strong sense of closeness toward him, as if he was someone very important. She felt she should do whatever he wanted.

Seeing her bent over, Vikram didn’t hesitate. He held her from behind and started removing her clothes.

Pooja was shocked. "Vikram... what are you doing?" she gasped. She tried to protest at first, but that same feeling of deep familiarity washed over her. Instead of fighting back, she let him continue.

Soon she felt the sharp pain of losing her virginity. Even then, she didn’t stop him.

However, letting him do whatever he wanted turned out to be a big mistake. After just two rounds, Pooja was completely exhausted. She quickly pulled away, breathing heavily.

"I’m tired... I can’t do it anymore," she said. "We still need to bring the food back home."

Vikram, still full of energy, said, "Just one more round."

But Pooja shook her head firmly. "No. We need to save some strength to get back. The others are waiting for the food."

Vikram nodded, but his face clearly showed frustration and rising anger. He tried to control it, but it was visible in his clenched jaw.

Pooja noticed and quickly thought of something. She pointed toward a different path. "Ayesha is checking the territory in that direction for any upcoming dangers. You can go meet her there."

Vikram gave her a small smile. "Alright."

He turned and walked toward Ayesha’s location.

Pooja fixed her clothes, still breathing heavily. She cursed under her breath, "How much stamina does this guy have...? Does every werewolf have this much energy?"

She paused for a moment, then wondered why she had let him do it so easily. After thinking, she realized it must be because of that strange feeling of closeness she had with him. It felt natural, even if it surprised her.

---

Vikram, who was still feeling restless and hungry for more, arrived at a small cabin in the forest where Ayesha was resting.

He entered without knocking. Ayesha looked up in surprise. "Vikram? What are you doing here?"

Still driven by his strong urges and growing frustration, Vikram didn’t waste time. He told her directly, "I like you. I want you right now."

Ayesha was shocked by his blunt words. Before she could respond or even think clearly, she found herself pulled into his arms. Her clothes were quickly removed. She barely had time to react when he entered her.

Ayesha let out a loud scream.

Pooja, who was still nearby gathering things, heard the sound clearly. She murmured to herself, "He really is a beast..." Then she remembered he was a werewolf and shook her head. She didn’t say anything more and continued back to the stronghold.

Ayesha lay on the table, naked and exhausted, trying to gather her thoughts. She slowly realized what had just happened, Vikram had come, expressed his desire, taken her twice, but still seemed unsatisfied. He had asked her who else was nearby.

Breathing heavily, she told him, "Kavya and Neha are checking the area not far from here..."

Without another word, Vikram left and headed in that direction.

After he was gone, Ayesha slowly sat up, put her clothes back on, and decided she would wash herself and rest properly once she returned to the stronghold.

---

In front of Vikram now stood both Kavya and Neha. They were already undressed and tired from the intense encounter.

Neha was still recovering, while Kavya was breathing heavily, feeling overwhelmed. After releasing inside Kavya, Vikram rested for a few minutes before telling Neha to use her mouth.

Neha nodded quietly and obeyed. He continued with both of them for some time.

Only after he finally felt satisfied did Vikram return to the stronghold, leaving the two women exhausted behind him.

---

After everything that happened, Vikram didn’t feel awkward at all. In his mind, all of them, Kara, Carol, Bushra, Sana, Pooja, Ayesha, Kavya, Neha, had already been his women in the previous dungeons. It felt natural.

But later that night, as he lay in bed, he started thinking seriously. ’Why am I feeling so much lust? Why do I want to do it so many times?’

This time his previous self was supposed to be filled with anger, not endless desire. It didn’t match the dungeon’s pattern. He didn’t realize yet that his anger and lust were mixing together, creating a dangerous and overwhelming combination.

Even after thinking for a long time, he couldn’t come to any clear conclusion. Feeling tired, he eventually fell asleep.

---

The next morning, after waking up, Vikram approached Pooja again.

"I want to go hunting with you again," he said.

Hearing that, and remembering what happened the previous day, Pooja’s face turned slightly red. She immediately shook her head. "No... I can’t go with you alone. I won’t be able to handle it."

Vikram looked at her with a shocked expression. For a moment, anger flashed in his eyes. ’How dare she deny me?’ But he quickly took a deep breath and controlled himself.

He nodded calmly. "Alright."

Deep down, he decided he needed to get better control over his lust. This body’s instincts were too strong.

After thinking for some time, he went back to find Bushra. He still had many questions in his mind, about the war, the dangers outside, why some Awakeners disliked werewolves but still saved him, and what exactly their patrol duties were.

She was organizing some seeds when she noticed him approaching.

"Feeling better?" she asked with a gentle smile.

Vikram nodded before getting straight to the point.

"Yesterday, before... everything happened, I asked you about the war."

Bushra’s expression became serious. "You did."

Vikram looked at her steadily. "I still don’t remember anything about the war. And there’s something else I don’t understand."

He continued, "Yesterday, while Sana was showing me around the stronghold, I noticed everyone takes turns patrolling. There are only twenty-one of you, yet someone is always standing guard. You’ve all awakened, so what exactly are you guarding against?"

He paused for a moment before adding, "I also noticed something else. The people here don’t seem to hate werewolves, but they clearly want to stay away from them. If that’s the case... why did all of you decide to save me?"

He asked many questions one after another, his voice steady but clearly filled with curiosity and slight frustration.

Bushra stopped arranging the seeds and looked at him quietly. After a moment, she smiled faintly.

"You’re asking quite a few questions today."

She set the seeds aside and continued, "I’ll answer all of them."

She smiled faintly before answering his last question first.

"You asked why we saved you."

She looked at Vikram for a moment before continuing. "To be honest... we don’t know the exact reason ourselves."

Vikram frowned slightly. "What do you mean?"

Bushra lowered her eyes as if trying to organize her thoughts. "The moment we found you, Sana and I both felt something... familiar. It wasn’t because you were a werewolf. It was because of you."

She paused before adding, "It felt as though we had known you for a very long time. A connection that couldn’t be explained."

Her cheeks reddened slightly. "If I had to describe it... it felt similar to the bond between husband and wife."

Vikram’s expression became complicated.

Bushra continued, "And it wasn’t just Sana and me. Pooja, Kavya, Neha, and Ayesha all felt the same thing. They couldn’t explain it either. They simply couldn’t bring themselves to leave you behind."

She smiled helplessly. "It sounds strange, doesn’t it?"

Vikram remained silent.

"Even the men felt something similar," Bushra continued. "Vikrant, Deepak, James, Arjun, Raghav, Imran, and Rohit all said they felt an inexplicable sense of familiarity toward you. And when they looked at Kara and Carol, they felt something similar too."

"They couldn’t describe it, but it was as if they had met both of you somewhere before. Then, when they saw how seriously you were injured... they all felt an inexplicable pain in their hearts. That’s why no one objected. We brought the three of you back together."

"And for the past three days, we’ve been doing everything we could to save you."

Vikram fell into deep thought. The explanation sounded impossible. Yet judging from Bushra’s sincere expression, she wasn’t lying.

And of course he knew she was not lying. The strange connection they all felt must be because of the previous two dungeons.

After a moment, he raised his head again. "Then... what about the patrols?"

Bushra’s expression gradually became serious. "That... is because the world outside this stronghold is far more dangerous than it appears."

"What danger?" Vikram asked.

Before replying, she looked toward the sturdy wooden wall surrounding the settlement. "The reason we patrol every day is because of a species known as the Zombies."

"Zombies?" Vikram repeated the name.

Bushra nodded. "They’re one of the most dangerous species in this world. They don’t negotiate. They don’t retreat. They don’t fear death. They exist only to spread and destroy."

She continued in a solemn voice, "Whether it’s humans, werewolves, or even vampires... the moment they encounter zombies, their first instinct is the same, kill them. Because if even one zombie is allowed to escape, it can eventually become a disaster."

"Our patrols aren’t just meant to defend the stronghold. They’re also meant to discover zombies before the zombies discover us."
