Six-Ring Tower, headquarters of the Arcane Masters.

The first floor of the Six-Ring Tower is an expansive hall, with a towering dome and a giant crystal chandelier hanging down, emitting a gentle glow.

The floor is paved with polished black stones, engraved with intricate rune patterns, reflecting a faint blue light under the illumination.

There are dozens of archways around the hall, leading to different areas, each with the department name labeled above.

There are few people coming and going, but everyone is dressed in elegantly tailored magic robes; some have the Arcane Master emblem pinned to their chest, walking leisurely, conversing quietly, the entire space filled with a solemn yet efficient atmosphere.

Duke needs to go to the Arcane Masters headquarters this time to handle matters related to collaboration on his accomplishments; he already knew the approximate location he needed to visit from the information he checked before coming.

He crossed the hall, following the signs to find the elevator leading to the middle and upper floors.

The elevator is a special Alchemy Creation, quietly and effortlessly ascending.

Through the crystal windows of the elevator, one can see the layered internal structure of the Six-Ring Tower—corridors, stairways, floating platforms, orderly office areas.

Each level is spacious and bright, decorated simply yet dignified, with ancient reliefs and inscriptions occasionally spotted on the stone walls.

The elevator stopped at the seventy-sixth floor.

The door opened, revealing a wide corridor, flanked by tall archways with department names labeled above.

Duke walked along the corridor for a while, stopping in front of an archway marked with the Accomplishment Management Department.

The door was open, inside was a spacious hall, slightly smaller than the first floor, but equally grandiose.

The dome was embedded with a giant star chart, stars slowly circulating, as if simulating celestial movements.

The floor was paved with dark stones, behind several rows of neat counters sat staff members in gray magic robes, processing documents or speaking quietly.

Duke walked towards the nearest counter.

The young witch behind the counter looked up, her gaze swept over the Arcane Master emblem on his chest, and nodded slightly.

"Lord Duke."

Duke nodded in response, accessed the review notice from his emblem, and displayed the light screen to her.

The witch glanced at it, her gaze paused on the 3000 points for a moment, then looked up.

"Please wait a moment, I’ll call the supervisor over."

She stood up and walked into the back hall.

A moment later, an elderly man emerged from a door on the side of the hall.

He appeared to be in his sixties or seventies, slim in stature, wearing a deep gray magic robe, with no excess decoration other than a small Level 3 Arcanist emblem pinned on the collar.

His hair was gray but meticulously groomed, the face was thin and clean-cut, a pair of thin-framed crystal glasses perched on his nose.

The old man’s steps were unhurried, but each step was as steady as if nailed to the ground.

That calm demeanor instantly revealed that this person has worked here for countless years.

"Lord Duke." The elderly man’s voice was not high, but very clear, "I am Edwin, the supervisor of the headquarters’ Accomplishment Management Department. Congratulations, three thousand points, is quite rare among Level 2 Arcanists’ accomplishments."

He gestured for Duke to follow him to the reception area on one side of the hall.

There were several large armchairs and a low table, the table had a teapot and several crystal glasses placed on it.

Edwin sat in the main seat, Duke settled opposite him.

Edwin took out a palm-sized alchemy board, tapped a few times on it, and brought up Duke’s accomplishment information.

His gaze lingered on the light screen for a moment, then he looked up at Duke.

"Your accomplishment has received a very high evaluation from the committee." Edwin’s tone was flat, as if inquiring about a routine matter, "Regarding subsequent arrangements, there are a few questions to confirm with you."

"Please go ahead."

"First, should the accomplishment be listed in the public directory for other Arcane Masters to access with points?" Edwin’s tone remained calm, "Once listed in the directory, seventy percent of the points generated from each access would be yours. The advantage is steady long-term income, the disadvantage is — the initiative is not in your hands. Any Arcane Master with sufficient points can read your thesis, learn your technique."

Duke shook his head, "Not listed in the directory."

Edwin nodded, seemingly unsurprised.

He tapped on the alchemy board.

"Second, should it be published through the ’Arcane Mage Monthly’?" Edwin continued, "Monthly publications are sent to all registered forces, Commerce Associations, and families across the plane, with a wide dissemination range and fast information transmission."

Duke nodded, "Publish."

Edwin tapped again.

"Third, would you like to commission the association to host an accomplishment demonstration?" Edwin’s tone carried a hint of inquiry, "A demonstration hosted by the association inviting representatives from various forces to validate your accomplishment on-site. The association can arrange venue, invitations, security, and all affairs. The advantage is high authority, attracting genuinely capable buyers, the disadvantage is a small service fee will be charged."

Duke would naturally not refuse, "Host, cost is not an issue."

He had already learned in advance that this kind also doesn’t cost much, essentially a support channel provided by the Arcane Master Association, not something they profit from.

Edwin nodded, quickly operating on the alchemy board.

"Finally, regarding commercial cooperation," his tone became more formal, "the Arcane Master Association does not directly participate in business negotiations but can provide a platform and support. There are a few common ways — "

"The first way, exclusive authorization. Grant exclusive authorization of the technology to a Commerce Association, for them to fully manage production, sales, promotion. You collect authorization fees and a sales percentage. The advantage is peace of mind; the disadvantage is reliance on their operational ability."
