"Why are you looking at me like that? Is there something on my face?" Nyx asked.

Nyx felt his cheeks flush at June’s words. He quickly looked down, biting his lower lip.

June smiled before asking, "But really... are you okay?"

June sighed again. He reached over, picked up a cupcake from the table, and handed it to him.

June leaned back.

"First, we need to pick a date for a visit."

Nyx raised an eyebrow, confused. "A visit?"

June nodded.

"Yes. I’ll be paying your parents a visit soon. So we need to pick a date."
