The ruined city had transformed into a chaotic battlefield, a landscape of utter destruction. Flames licked at the remnants of shattered buildings, while the ground buckled under the relentless pressure of countless clashes.

Dust and smoke hung thickly in the air, casting parts of the city beneath a grey shroud. Everywhere one looked, there were bodies, blood, broken weapons, and crumbling structures.

The sounds of explosions and screams intertwined without respite, shockwaves rolling across the battlefield like waves crashing against a shore. Yet amid this chaos, one thing became painfully clear to everyone present: the tide of battle shifted dramatically when Sage stopped holding back.

At the center of it all, Sage floated several meters above ground, surrounded by dozens of rotating magic circles. Fire, lightning, and wind Mana surged around him like rivers flowing toward their king. His silver hair whipped wildly in the turbulent currents as his glowing eyes scanned every corner of the battlefield with calm precision. There was no panic on his face, only unwavering focus.

Below him, several fighters clad in black rushed forward in unison, using collapsing ruins for cover. Their movements were swift and coordinated, clearly trained elites. One scaled rooftops while another burrowed underground through shattered stone; the remaining three charged directly from the front.

Any ordinary Mage would have been overwhelmed by such a well-coordinated assault. Unfortunately for them, they were up against Sage.

To Sage’s glowing eyes, the battlefield unfolded differently. Every enemy movement became visible before it even happened; he could see Mana coursing through their muscles and weapons as they prepared to strike. Subtle shifts in breathing or changes in heartbeat revealed their intentions long before they acted, all laid bare under his Aetheric Insight Eyes.

Sage tilted his head slightly, the rooftop attacker would leap in two seconds, the underground fighter would emerge from his left and finally the front attackers would split apart after reaching twenty meters.

It was all too obvious.

Without turning around, Sage casually snapped his fingers. Three tiny lightning magic circles appeared behind him.

CRACK! CRACK! CRACK!

Three bolts of lightning shot backward at terrifying speed.

BOOOOM!

The rooftop fighter exploded before he could even jump.

Simultaneously, Sage lifted one foot slightly.

A wind magic circle materialized beneath the rubble beside him.

SHIIIIING!

A compressed wind spear pierced downward through debris. A painful scream echoed out as blood erupted from below.

The underground attacker met his end before even surfacing.

The remaining three enemy fighters widened their eyes in disbelief. Too fast? No—it wasn’t just speed anymore; it felt as though Sage anticipated their every move.

Gritting their teeth, they split apart as planned but unfortunately for them,Sage had predicted that too.

The magic circles surrounding him began to rotate faster, hree fireballs, two wind blades and four lightning spears, all cast simultaneously.

"What the hell?!" one shouted as panic set in among them.

BOOOOOM!

The entire street erupted in chaos. Flames engulfed one fighter entirely, while another was torn apart by razor-sharp wind blades before even touching the ground. The third barely dodged to the side, only to have a lightning spear pierce through his chest midair.

Blood sprayed everywhere. For a brief moment, the battlefield fell silent as both allies and enemies stared at Sage in disbelief. There were no wasted movements, no excess Mana expended. Every spell struck its mark with precision, each infused with just the right amount of power, never too much, never too little.

Caelis, who was engaged in battle nearby alongside Brutus, narrowed his eyes as he observed Sage from a distance. "He’s controlling every bit of Mana perfectly..." he muttered under his breath.

Brutus slammed an enemy into the ground with his hammer and glanced up. "Honestly, it’s creepy."

Caelis nodded slowly. Most Mages typically squander vast amounts of Mana while casting spells; stronger spells demanded more Mana and larger magic circles. Even seasoned Mages struggled to maintain accuracy amidst the chaos of large battles where conditions constantly shifted.

But Sage seemed unfazed by those limitations. It was as if every spell instinctively knew its target. Meanwhile, Mina swung her massive shield at two enemies simultaneously, sending them crashing through broken walls before shouting out.

"Petty Uncle Sage! Stop bullying them all on your own!"

Sage turned toward her and casually flicked a finger. A small wind magic circle appeared behind an enemy attempting to ambush Mina from behind.

SHIIIIING!

The enemy’s head flew off instantly. Mina blinked in surprise before puffing out her cheeks in annoyance.

"Show off..."

Nearby, Gregor burst into laughter while swinging his sword wildly. Giant green wind blades exploded from his blade, slicing through multiple foes effortlessly.

BOOOOM!

Buildings crumbled around him as he continued laughing and called out to Sage.

"You’ve really become something else!"

Sage rolled his eyes but remained focused on the battlefield as more enemies surged toward him, nearly twenty elite fighters attacking from multiple directions at once.

Some charged from rooftops; others launched ranged attacks or attempted to surround him completely. They finally recognized that Sage posed the greatest threat on the field.

Unfortunately for them, that realization came far too late.

Sage exhaled slowly as the Mana around him shifted dramatically. His Divine Grade Mana Veins absorbed energy from the surroundings at an alarming rate; the air trembled violently as immense amounts of Mana gathered around him without pause.

Simultaneously, his Mana Overlord Gaze calculated every movement across the battlefield with perfect precision.

Control, absolute control, was what made him truly terrifying. Power alone meant nothing without proper execution.

But Sage wasted nothing, not even a single strand of Mana. Suddenly, magic circles multiplied around him: one became three; three became ten; then dozens more emerged. The expressions on the faces of enemy fighters turned pale with fear.

"Retreat!"

"Move!"

"Too many spells!"

But it was too late.

With a calm gesture, Sage raised his hand, and the battlefield erupted in chaos.

BOOOOOOOOOOM!

Pillars of fire shot up from the ground like volcanic eruptions. Lightning bolts cascaded from above without pause. Wind blades sliced through the streets like massive, invisible saws. The ruined city trembled under the onslaught.

Buildings crumbled instantly. Roads fractured. Enemy formations disintegrated. One fighter managed to block a fire spell, only to be pierced by three lightning spears from different angles.

Another attempted to escape via the rooftops but found his legs severed mid-air by a wind blade. A third tried to activate a defensive skill, but Sage quickly identified the flaw in its Mana flow and blasted through it with a concentrated fire spear.

BOOOOM!

The shield shattered effortlessly, and the fighter vanished in flames. All around Sage, enemies fell one after another, yet he barely moved at all.

He floated serenely, orchestrating the battlefield like a master chess player. Even the black-clad elites began to show their fear openly.

One enemy warrior retreated slowly, eyes wide with terror as he stared at Sage. "He’s not fighting like a Mage..."

Another swallowed hard and added, "It feels like he sees everything..."

A third shouted defiantly to rally his comrades, "He’s still human! Attack together!"

In response, nearly thirty enemy fighters charged toward Sage in desperation, some leaping from buildings while others emerged from underground tunnels. Ranged attacks flooded toward him from every direction all at once. The pressure intensified rapidly; even Guild members watching from afar felt their nerves fray.

Yet Sage remained utterly composed. Within his glowing eyes, time seemed to slow down again as he analyzed every attack trajectory, every movement, every angle, every weakness, with perfect clarity and control.

Then he moved for the first time not backward but forward.

BOOOOOOM!

A colossal lightning magic circle detonated beneath him as he vanished in an instant.

CRACK!

Sage reappeared right in the heart of the enemy formation amidst arcs of crackling lightning. The enemies froze in shock, he was simply too fast. Calmly extending both hands outward, dozens of magic circles sprang into existence around him, fire, wind, lightning, all swirling together in perfect harmony.

"Run."

Those were his only words spoken softly before panic set in among his foes.

It was far too late.

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!

The city erupted once more.Massive flames engulfed the entire enemy squad while compressed wind currents tore through bodies within the inferno. Lightning spears mercilessly struck down any who tried to flee. Blood, limbs, and shattered weapons rained down everywhere.

The shockwave alone flattened nearby buildings completely. Moments later, silence fell over the devastation as smoke began to clear. At the center of the destroyed battlefield stood Sage calmly surrounded by fading magic circles.Around him nothing remained. The entire enemy squad had been wiped out effortlessly
