Kotone Asaba gently placed a hand on Asa Mitaka’s shoulder. Under Asa’s confused gaze, a spatial vortex suddenly formed before them.
It immediately pulled both Kotone and Asa inside.
Yoru was no exception and was dragged in along with them.
Clearly, Kotone had transported both Asa and Yoru into the Kamui dimension.
Although this meant the War Devil would discover the Kamui dimension, she was an idiot, so it did not really matter if she learned about it.
"Huh?!"
The scenery before Asa changed completely in an instant, causing her to cry out in surprise.
Before she could even get a clear look at her surroundings, the unfamiliar scenery vanished and was replaced by another location.
"All right, we’re here," Kotone said.
Asa was still completely bewildered. When she heard him say they had arrived, she could not immediately process his words.
Once she recovered and carefully looked around, she finally realized that she was actually already inside the school.
"What just happened?"
Asa was utterly astonished and could not understand how Kotone had done it.
Yoru stood nearby with a thoughtful expression. She was wondering what that strange dimension had been and whether Chainsaw Man had truly possessed this kind of ability all along.
She seemed to understand now why Chainsaw Man had suddenly vanished when they fought him in Hell.
As for the mysterious dimension, Yoru could not figure it out, so she soon stopped bothering to think about it.
"Obviously, he used some kind of teleportation ability to bring us here," Yoru told Asa.
"...Oh."
Asa understood now. It was probably one of Asaba’s Devil abilities.
Still, that ability was incredibly convenient.
The trip from her home to school normally took at least ten minutes, yet Asaba had transported them there in the blink of an eye.
"Thank you very much!"
Asa immediately bowed deeply to Kotone before hurrying to the classroom.
"Good morning, Makima. Good morning, Class President."
Once she entered the classroom, Asa only greeted Makima and the class president.
After all, there were only two or three people in her class, or even the entire school, whom she could get along with.
The tension between her and the class president had also mostly disappeared. Their disagreement had never been particularly serious in the first place.
The previous incident had allowed Asa to understand the class president’s true feelings, and the class president had already apologized to her. Their friendship had actually become closer afterward.
"There’s a familiar and disgusting scent coming from this girl!"
Since Asa was standing fairly close to Makima, Yoru quickly noticed her.
She had failed to recognize her earlier because she was currently far too weak.
Only after remaining near Makima for a while did she gradually realize that something was wrong.
Devils generally identified others through smell rather than sight, so it took Yoru several seconds to recognize exactly who that scent belonged to.
"The Control Devil...? It’s actually her?!"
Yoru’s voice was filled with shock.
She was not surprised that the Control Devil had come to the human world. What astonished her was that she had encountered her older sister, the Control Devil, at this school.
