A Dungeon is actually a pathway through a portal from Earth into the demon planets or the demon realm. In most cases people refer to them as demon planets due to the fact that they could give names to the types of Dungeons they entered.
Usually the Green Portal is the weakest link. Here only Regulars at minimum energy roam. In rear cases, a Regular at max rating shows up.
A mini Regular could be taken down by a Level ten but that would require a lot of strength. A Max Regular could be taken down by a Level 20 at least.
With this in mind, the school made sure to clear the dungeon to leave only mini Regulars at hand. That was the level Year ones could operate at.
Right now, the entire Green Class had gathered before a swirling green Portal. It situated somewhere around a driveway. The Portal was four times the size of a human about the size of a two storey building.
It was generously massive.
Xero held a large bag behind him. Inside this bag were foodstuffs, water, med kit and a security phone. Kenry had told them to call if there was an emergency.
With the Samurai King standing before them, everyone began to admire him more. If they could pull through this they would be a step closer to being as strong as he was.
"Listen up students. I would go in with you guys as the school forbids teachers help in clearing the dungeon. This raid is a test and as I said you may encounter mishaps. If your HP falls down to 1 do well to use your security phone, that way you will be removed from the battle but do know that once you are out of the battle, you stand a risk of losing the test."
Xero smirked. Losing the test? No. Judging by what had happened in the entrance exam, this was going to depend on our call. As far they lived, they at least had a pass mark for the test.
Surviving in the Dungeon meant knowing when to give up and when to push through. Only the smart would figure that out.
"So now you can partake in your first raid." He said and the entire class charged into the dungeon.
Kenry smiled lightly. "Hope you all survive. Last time we took this test, half a class was wiped out."
Then he walked away.

They all got into the dungeon and the first thing they stepped on was hard solid ground. It was bumpy and filled with cracks that stretched as far as their eyes could see.
"A fun way to get in." Someone muttered.
The air was heavy. Two times heavier than on Earth. This made it harder for them to breath meaning they actually had two battles.
First would be to breathe without damaging their Internal organs as that would shattered their chances of surviving a demon.
Secondly was the demon itself. Facing a demon would be very difficult and as newbies they were bound to make mistakes but the extent of the mistakes determined how successful they would be in this mission.
Yelisa and Cassie walked up to Xero and Lora. Cassie was wearing a dark jacket with tight trousers while Yelisa was wearing a sleeveless and a large pair of trousers. On her side was a long kitana.
"You guys ready?" Yelisa said.
"We are ready when you are." Lora replied
"Now, we are going to move together. This looks like a pretty big ground and as Mr Kenry said, they killed a lot of demons here. So if we are working towards facing a demon, we would follow the path with less blood marks." Yelisa said and pointed towards the left.
At the left was a large tunnel with a pair of skulls hanging on the entrance. Xero wondered if those were human skulls. But he didn’t have time to think.
"It will be dark so that’s where Cassie plays a role. With her flames we would illuminate the area."
"Supposed we encounter a horde of demons what are your plans. From my point of view if the left was close to untouched then there has to be a reasonable amount of demons lurking behind that tunnel. With only two raiders in the front, I doubt we would be able to survive a minute in that situation." Xero argued.
"Well we definitely can’t run but we have eight hands in between us. I chose Cassie her for her fire power and you are tagging along because you are useful." Yelisa said and smiled.
Xero didn’t like the way she thought of them as tools to get to the finish line. He would have terminated the deal here but he didn’t have a visible reason to do so.
"I’m a carrier and I don’t have much effect against demons."
"You can hide all you want but you held your own against a Level 8 back at the refectory. I saw you and don’t think for a second that you were unnoticed." Yelisa said and moved backwards.
"So do we take the tunnel or follow them." She said pointing at their classmates who had already dashed off towards the right.
Xero didn’t want to take that route. Whatever demons that would be there would be shared by a whole bunch of teams. The rewards would reduce drastically. He wanted something far more enthusiastic.
"Let’s get going." He said and began walking towards the tunnel.
Others followed suit behind him. They walked down the path until they got to the tunnel entrance. Lora picked up a reading on the metal rusting.
To err is human, to forgive is divine. To err is humanity, to revenge is divinity.
She wondered what that was. Probably one of the raiders that cleared the dungeon casually scribbled a note or something.
Xero stood at the entrance of the tunnel and stared into the darkness. A faint feeling washed over him as he stared. Then his system chimed in.
