I Can Level Up Infinitely

Chapter 236: Trouble After The Chaos

Out of all the people who had dared to fight against Leon, only one lived. And the others who had come and were only watching from the shadows, none of them were left.

Leon flew toward the other mountaintop where Emily and the others were.

"Bro, how? How did you get so strong in just one month?" Sol asked excitedly.

"Hahahah. I just got lucky. But you guys were here for the Blood Dantian Pill, too, right? Sorry, there was only one, and I already consumed it." Leon said.

"It’s not a problem at all. We were just here to observe anyway. But if we’d been lucky enough to get it, we wouldn’t have minded either. Hahaha." Sol said before bursting into laughter.

"I see. Is it your first time in Delvan?" Leon asked.

"No, we have been here twice before," Emily replied this time.

"I see. You guys are welcome to visit my home anytime you want. Don’t be strangers."

"Let’s go then," Emily blurted out but regretted it the next moment.

Sol chuckled. "You can’t even wait to respond, sis."

Emily instantly snapped toward him, glaring. Sol immediately shut his mouth.

"Very well then. Let’s go." He had stayed as a guest in their house for a few days. It was normal to return the courtesy. He didn’t pay much attention to their playful banter.

But Emily’s cheeks had turned slightly crimson.

Leon looked around, searching for Noira. She had said she would come the moment he emerged from the volcano. Yet at the moment, she was nowhere to be found.

Seeing Leon looking left and right, Sol spoke again. "Everything alright, bro?"

"A friend of mine was supposed to take me back home. But I can’t find her."

"Her? It’s a female friend?" Sol asked, stealing a glance at Emily to check her reaction.

"Yeah."

"But why does your friend need to come? You can’t return on your own?"

"I can. But it would be faster. Also, I don’t have a bike or a car. How am I going to take you to my home?"

"I have a car."

"We have a car."

Emily and Snow said almost at the same time. At this, both looked at each other.

"Where are you going?" Leon was taken aback by Snow’s statement and asked her about it. He had only invited Emily and Sol, so where was Snow going?

"To your home, of course," Snow said like it was a fact.

Leon narrowed his eyes slightly. "My home? It’s not like I am against it or something, but do you have any business with me? I mean, do you want to talk about something?" Leon asked with a puzzled expression.

"I need a reason to visit your home? After everything you did, don’t you think you should take some responsibility?"

At those words, everyone looked stunned. Emily focused more on what she was saying.

"After everything I did? What the hell did I do?" Leon said, but he was already guessing the reason.

"What did you do? You made me see you naked, you pervert. And now you are acting all innocent?"

The words hit Sol like a thunderbolt. "Big bro!! You?" He looked at Emily with a sad expression, as if she had been wronged.

Leon, meanwhile, cursed inwardly. ’Damn it. She remembers. But what’s there to take responsibility for? It’s not like I looked at her without clothes.’

"What nonsense are you talking about in front of everyone?" Leon said hurriedly to stop her so she wouldn’t say more.

"Nonsense? Why is your face turning so red now? That day you were asking me to throw my strongest moves at you. You already forgot? Or are you pretending not to remember?" she said with a mischievous grin.

Leon was speechless. This girl was acting as the victim yet grinning like a villainess.

Emily’s eyes, meanwhile, turned a little colder. She stared silently at Leon, clearly waiting for an explanation.

"Okay, okay... Let’s go for now." Leon said hurriedly to close the topic for the moment.

They all started climbing down from the mountaintop.

Snow’s uncle reached her. "What are you planning now, brat? He has already consumed the pill, so there is no way to retrieve it. He looks like a good kid, too. So don’t plan like those scumbags to get his blood essence just because your mother died protecting it."

Snow glared at him. "Uncle, how can you think so badly about me?"

"Then why else are you being so shameless, wanting to go with him forcefully? I don’t know what happened, but he doesn’t seem like a guy who could do anything wrong."

"You changed sides very fast!" she said with a mock surprised expression.

"You know what I mean," he scolded.

"Relax. I have my reasons."

"What reasons?"

"Can’t tell you that." She giggled and walked forward, catching up with others.

Meanwhile, back at the Demon Monarch’s purgatory, the demon was seated on the ground. Before him lay a round orb that was glowing at the moment. And inside the orb, scenarios flashed by. Scenarios of what Leon was doing at the moment.

"Can’t stay away from Master anymore?" A female voice suddenly echoed.

The demon didn’t look back. He already knew who it was.

"Something like that. But your daughter. She looks like she’s already on the move. And she seems to have a good acquaintance with Master."

"It’s better if she does. Or I would always feel like I forced it on her. After all, she should have the right to choose her own life partner."

"Yes. It’s good if things play out naturally. Going forward, Master will need to use the dual cultivation method to form more than three Astral Hearts. But other than a demon, no one else will be able to bear the destructive power. But did you tell her what she is?"

"No. I only told her to make sure no one evil gets their hands on the pill. And when someone really achieves the pill, she must help him and be his partner no matter what.
