Probably at that time, seeing the discord between these Sovereigns, they should have try to mediate it better.

The cracks between the Sovereign started from then on. It is not like the Sovereign’s did not have any beef between each other but this is the first time there is a rift that could not easily be mended.

Because this is personal for Jean and for others it is about a life.

Jena probably also could feel that the G7 would not give him that orb and so a battle ensues.

Well, Loki was also there at that time and it was clear the G7 all have their own thoughts

The conference hall that is strengthened by magic of the Sovereigns exploded and a continent sunk when these Sovereigns uses not even a fraction of their power

Raymond smash Jean toward Mars, creating a crater the size of an Oceania continent. Jean then waves his hand and transported Raymond toward a mega cluster in the Dark Universe.

Hikigaya and Oreki reach for the Orb, Death God waves his hand and chains from the Underworld chained themselves on Oreki and Hikigaya.

Hikigaya would usually never get trapped by this kind of magic.

After all, he is the Illusion God.

One of the hardest thing to do to him, is catch him

Most of the time, when people thought that they have captured him, it is mostly only his illusion that is being captured

However, the God of Death rules the Underworld.

And compared to the domains of other Sovereigns, not many dare step their feet into the Death God domains.

The Underworld is feared precisely because of its unfathomable nature.

Unless you are sure that the Death God did not have any ill intention to you, entering it would be like entering the jaws of Death

There is a reason why even the Sovereigns fear entering the Death God Underworld.

There is too many things in there that could trap even Sovereigns

And one of them is the chains from the Underworld

the chains of Underworld did not chained physical body.

It chains soul.

And that chain captured the essence of Hikigaya and to break the chain of the Underworld...not many Sovereigns could do that and one could not do it in a matter of seconds.

Then what about Oreki the Thunder God?

Oreki is the Thunder god his rules and laws derived from thunder and because he rise by this method, his magic and his personality is also affected by the intangible properties of thunder

And thunder repels evil things, annihilate impurities and those who studied the law of thunder and manage to become Sovereigns with it, have strong souls.

Their souls are so sturdy that even tribulation thunder could not chip it.

If the same chain that the Death God sues against Hikigaya is used against Oreki, then what would happen would be....the chain would dissolve or melted

And not only that.

One of the properties of thunder is fast.

Faster than even a Speedster.

Unless a Speedster become a Sovereign, then the speed at which Oreki could travel is so fast that any Speedster in existence hardly could compare. It is like the speed of light itself

The moment that chain appears from the Void, Oreki kicks the ground, the ground exploded affecting the radius of one hundred miles, creating ripples in space and time.

At the same time, his body suddenly is swirling with elasticity, almost like a shield of lightning swirling around him

The dust could not even come near him as it is dissolve almost immediately by the heat of the lightning swirling around him

And then he changes his direction in mid-air, as the chain fly toward him.

The speed breaks time and space and if this was the same chain that the Death God used against Hikigaya, then he would surely escape it.

But even this speed could not escape from the chain.

Thunder is the hot hard type. Any other chains that binds Oreki would have melted. But not this chain. Forged by intangible magic concepts it binds Oreki.

The chains of the Underworld, specifically the kinds of chains that the God of Death summons is the kind of chains that is designed for these Sovereigns.

The chains that captured Hikigaya is meant to catch souls.

The chains that bind Oreki is the kind of chains that breaks the barrier of time and space.

Almost like a disruptive force to time and space

Both of them were stopped in their tracks and unable to capture the Orb.

Katarina on the other hand also tries to take it.

Azief simply blows from his mouth and a large fireball flew toward Katarina blocking her from taking the orb.

Then Jean in that chaos appears back on the conference room and grabbed the Orb.

"Maybe at that time, Azief wanted the orb to be given to Jean" thinking about it now, maybe that was the case.

Because if the Death God had even have the ability to stop three sovereigns with simple methods, why could he not stop Jean?

Maybe it is not that he could not stop him.

Maybe it is because he did not want to stop him. The God of Death at that time, the Azief is not as warm as he is now

He rarely speaks and his thoughts are unfathomable. precisely because he rarely talks that his thoughts are quite unfathomable.

Only he was spared from this and the moment Jean enters the rift and jump through time and space, Loki....he...at the time jump into that rift and follows Jean.

And while he is in that tunnel of time and space, he simply distorts the location and instead of jean returning to his domain, the Neverland, Jean appears in a different abandoned world.

A few tricks here and there and before Jean knows it, the Orb reached his hand. In other words, he, at that time robbed Jean.

Just thinking about it, he could not help but smirks.

Then Loki sighs and shakes his head.

All of the struggles of the past , all of the bitter memories....now that time has passes, he could not help but look at it with fond feelings.

Not because of what had happened. But because he remembers these old friends. Eternity is lonely.

And the War of Sovereigns severs eternity. And the most damaging to the fate and destiny of Earth.

"That memory seems vague now" Loki could not help but only chuckles bitterly at this. It is not like he doesn’t know why.

He knows why his memories seems blurry.

"Things had changed and I am also changing"

And he sighs
