The powerful impact shattered its balance, causing the massive demon to fall to the ground. However, before Alan’s another Light Element attack to finish the Ironhide Demon, the Lava Golem immediately moved in front of its companion.

It raised its enormous body and absorbed the incoming beam of light, its molten body glowing intensely as it consumed the Light Element mana.

Alan didn’t waste any time. He had already moved before the Lava Golem could completely absorb the attack. In an instant, he appeared beside the fallen Ironhide Demon.

The demon was already trying to reach for the nearby metal so it could consume it and regenerate its damaged body. But Alan was faster.

A massive amount of Light Element mana erupted from his body and engulfed the Ironhide Demon before it could recover. Its metal-like body began melting rapidly under the intense light.

The Ironhide Demon struggled to move, but its body was quickly breaking apart. Alan continued pouring his power into the attack, making sure that not even a single piece of the demon remained capable of regenerating.

It took only a few moments for Alan to finish the Ironhide Demon after getting the opening he needed. Once the demon was completely destroyed, Alan immediately turned his attention toward the Lava Golem.

The Lava Golem had already launched a massive wave of lava toward him.

However, Alan didn’t even move away.

Instead, he immediately enveloped his entire body in Light Element mana and allowed the attack to strike him directly. The intense heat surrounded his body, but the light covering him protected him from the worst of the damage.

Rather than retreating, Alan used the opportunity to move forward.

He charged directly toward the Lava Golem while the lava continued flowing around him. At the same time, he summoned a long spear into his hand and immediately coated the entire weapon in concentrated Light Element mana.

The spear began glowing brightly as Alan poured more mana into it.

The Lava Golem noticed his approach and tried to raise its enormous arms to defend itself.

But Alan was already within striking distance.

He tightened his grip around the spear and thrust it forward with all his strength, aiming directly at the Lava Golem’s body.

The spear pierced through the molten surface, and a powerful burst of Light Element mana erupted from the point of impact.

Alan didn’t give the Lava Golem any time to recover. The moment the spear pierced its body, he poured an even greater amount of Light Element mana into it.

BOOM!

A powerful burst of light erupted from inside the Lava Golem’s body. Its molten form began glowing intensely as cracks rapidly spread across its entire body.

The Lava Golem tried to absorb the Light Element mana, but the energy was already too deeply embedded within its body. Alan then released the full force of his attack.

A massive explosion of light erupted from inside the Lava Golem, completely destroying its demonic body. Chunks of molten rock scattered across the surrounding area before cooling against the floor.

Alan stepped back and lowered his spear.

The Lava Golem had finally been defeated.

Alan then looked toward the Master-rank guards who were fighting the other Master-rank demons. The guards were shouting in fear as they desperately tried to kill their opponents, but they were struggling badly. Their opponents were the Dream Demon and the Shadow Demon, two of the most difficult demon species to track and kill.

The Dream Demon constantly interfered with the minds of its opponents, showing them terrifying illusions and forcing them into a state of sleep. The guards tried to resist both the illusions and the sleep effect, but even resisting the ability caused them to stop for a brief moment and become confused.

That brief moment was all the Shadow Demon needed.

It moved silently through the surrounding shadows before suddenly appearing from the shadow of one of the guards. Its sharp claws struck immediately, killing the guard before the others could react.

The nearby Master-rank guards tried to respond, but they were always a moment too late. Whenever even one of them became affected by the Dream Demon’s abilities, the Shadow Demon immediately took advantage of the opening.

The situation became even worse because the guards couldn’t properly use their elemental transformations while their minds were being affected. Even if they wanted to transform their bodies into Light Element energy to avoid the Shadow Demon’s physical attacks, the Dream Demon’s influence disrupted their concentration and prevented them from doing so in time.

Alan watched the scene with a serious expression.

The two demons weren’t necessarily the strongest opponents in the facility, but their abilities made them extremely troublesome to fight. One disrupted the minds of their enemies, while the other used those brief openings to attack from places the guards couldn’t predict.

Alan then looked toward Alex, who was suffering more injuries as the battle continued and was now being pushed farther and farther backward by the Null Demon. However, Alex was still in good condition, as he immediately healed his injuries and continued fighting without slowing down too much.

The Master-rank guards needed Alan’s help more urgently, but there was something else troubling him. Earlier, he had sensed the powerful aura of a Vampire being unleashed somewhere inside the facility.

Then, shortly after that, an even more horrifying killing intent had appeared. That killing intent had been so terrifying that even Alan had instinctively felt a sense of danger from it.

And now, two powerful Grandmaster-rank auras were approaching their location. On top of that, Alan could also sense the reaction caused by several beings breaking through into the Master Rank at almost the same time.

There were simply too many things happening at once.

Alan’s expression became serious as he tried to decide where he should focus his attention. If he went to help Alex, the Master-rank guards fighting the Dream Demon and Shadow Demon could continue dying.
