The vessel stared at his hand for another moment before continuing.
"If people found out about this, they would probably laugh at me."
His expression became somewhat bitter.
"Imagine that... someone like me being restricted to this level by the laws of this world."
After saying this, Asher’s vessel finally stopped thinking about the matter.
He raised his hand and opened his spatial domain.
The surrounding space immediately began to distort as a spatial rift slowly formed in front of him.
On the other side of the rift was the inside of Asher’s spatial domain.
Ravena, who had been waiting inside for several minutes, immediately sensed the change.
She turned toward the newly opened rift.
Ravena finally stepped out of Asher’s Spatial Domain and immediately found herself standing in an unfamiliar place. The moment she appeared, she noticed another one of Asher’s vessels standing nearby. Her expression instantly became cautious, and she remained on guard.
She still didn’t know whether Asher had brought her here simply to kill her. Considering everything he had done before, it wouldn’t have surprised her if this was just another part of his plan. She carefully looked at the vessel before asking, "Where are we? Who are you, and where is the one who was with me some time ago?"
Asher’s vessel looked at her calmly before answering, "We are in the southern part of the ocean, between the Demon Continent and the Human Continent. And the one who was with you just died a few moments ago."
Ravena’s expression immediately changed.
For a moment, she simply stared at him in disbelief. She couldn’t understand what he was saying. There was no way that Asher could have died so easily.
If he had truly been able to escape from her Domain, then there should have been almost no one capable of stopping him. Even if an Immortal-rank expert had arrived, she couldn’t understand how they could have killed him so quickly.
"How did he die?" Ravena asked, still unable to believe what she had just heard.
Asher’s vessel smiled playfully before answering, "Well, he was trying to cut someone, but then he ended up getting cut himself because the sword was too sharp and his body was too weak."
Ravena stared at him for several seconds.
"Huh? What do you mean by that? How can someone just cut himself with his own sword?"
Her expression was filled with disbelief. The explanation made absolutely no sense to her, and the more she thought about it, the more confusing it became.
Asher simply looked at her with the same playful expression and said, "You are too young to understand, so don’t think about it too much."
Ravena’s expression became even more confused.
Before she could ask another question, Asher continued, "And I am also the one who gave you your freedom, helped you escape from that place, and also died there."
Ravena froze.
Her mind struggled to understand what he was saying.
"Huh? What do you mean? You are him, but he is dead? You are saying that you are him, but you are still alive here?"
Asher didn’t answer her question. Instead, he simply reached into his subspace and summoned something before casually throwing it toward Ravena.
Ravena caught it instantly and looked down at the object in her hand with a confused expression. It was a small packet, and written clearly across its surface were the words: "100% Natural Pomegranate Juice."
Ravena stared at the packet for a few moments.
Her confusion only grew.
’Is there something else hidden inside this packet of juice?’
She carefully examined it again before finally looking toward Asher and asking, "What is it?"
Asher was already drinking from another packet of the same juice. He looked at Ravena for a moment, then glanced at the packet in her hand as if he couldn’t understand why she was even asking.
"It’s Pomegranate Juice. Can’t you even read? Are you illiterate or something?"
Ravena’s expression became slightly stiff.
Asher continued drinking his juice before casually adding, "You must have skipped your classes, I think. Anyway, let me explain it to you now."
He pointed toward the packet in her hand.
"Pomegranate Juice is good for helping recover blood. You lost quite a lot of blood earlier, so drink it."
Asher then waved his hand dismissively and said, "And don’t ask too many questions. Just drink it and recover properly. After that, you can leave."
Ravena looked at Asher and then down at the packet in her hand with an expression filled with confusion and disbelief. She couldn’t believe what Asher was saying.
’How can an Immortal-rank Vampire recover with something as simple as Pomegranate Juice? Is he joking?’
She stared at the packet for another moment, but eventually decided not to say anything. Instead, she quietly opened it and took a sip of the juice.
Her expression immediately became complicated.
The situation she had found herself in was so strange that she didn’t even know how she was supposed to react. She had gone through a decade of suffering, nearly died inside the facility, and had just discovered that the strange man standing in front of her expected her to recover by drinking Pomegranate Juice.
She looked like she was about to cry from the sheer absurdity of everything that had happened.
Ravena slowly took another sip.
Then her expression suddenly brightened.
Her eyes widened slightly as she looked at the packet again, clearly surprised by the taste.
"It’s really good."
She took another small sip before continuing in a strangely emotional tone, "It’s the first time I’ve had something like this to drink in the last decade."
Asher looked at Ravena for a moment.
Somehow, she was now crying while drinking the Pomegranate Juice.
Asher’s expression remained completely flat as he watched her.
"Are you sure you’re a noble?"
He paused for a moment before looking her up and down.
"You look more like a beggar to me who never drank juice."
