Bam!

The 13th person got knocked out, in 10 seconds, they were all no match at all, after they saw Ava fight, at first their fighting spirit went up, but then they saw the heavy damage she took after he hit, although it wasn’t very bad, it was bad enough to make your chest tight.

The students at the spectator seats wasn’t cheering anymore, they were just watching, silent, because what was the point, Teacher Jace was moving like this was warm up.

Then the Lightning Affinity student saw their second best, got hit, one clean strike and she fainted, the second strongest Year 2 Student in the Lightning Affinity class, being taken to an infirmary, on a stretcher, her body limp, the medics moving fast, their faces grim.

Nah... their hopes were highly shattering, and Teacher Jace, still keeps using 30% of his strength, nothing more nothing less, he was tossing them, like rags, like they were practice dummies with legs, well technically they are.

Lightning cracked, another student flew, another thud, another silence.

Ava and Lynx were busy sharing their moment, not many eyes were on them, the students present here were busy watching Teacher Jace humiliate his students, well... except for Kira and Emily of course, those two girls were tracking Ava and Lynx’s every move, like hawks.

Ava has pretty much recovered, not 100% but 80% at least, she was sitting with her posture too straight, trying to hide the ache in her shoulder, trying to act like she wasn’t exhausted, "Lynx, let’s go visit Eira," she said, her voice low, but steady.

Lynx didn’t look at her right away, he was watching Jace send another kid flying, his expression bored, arms crossed, one leg kicked out, like he was watching a boring movie.

"I thought you guys were enemies," he said slowly, like he was testing her, like he already knew the answer and just wanted to hear her say it.

"Point of correction, rivals, RI-VALS, not enemies, we don’t really hate each other," Ava shot back immediately, heat in her voice, then she leaned on his shoulder, letting some of her weight rest there, her voice dropping to something softer, "at least I don’t hate her, have you seen her ass? she’s so pretty to hate."

Lynx dramatically put his hands on his mouth and made a shocked expression, eyes going wide, blue and silver flickering, "oh my... Ava, you’re getting rotten now, talking about another lady’s ass,."

Then he turned, looked into her eyes, close enough that she could see the gold flecks in his silver, his voice soft but teasing, dragging the words out, "where’d my adorable looking number one fan go."

Ava laughed at Lynx’s antics, it was supposed to be odd, but looking at him, nothing he does could ever be odd, his now playful blue and silver heterochromatic eyes were drawing her in, pulling her, his silver hair rigged with gold was fluttering cause of the slight wind, making him look unreal, he’s so goddam gorgeous, and the worst part was he knew it.

She hit his arm lightly, cheeks burning, trying to hide it, "you’re the rotten one, you flirt with everyone, even the air, I swear you’d flirt with a chair if it looked at you right."

Lynx grinned, all teeth, leaning back like he owned the whole arena, "a chair that looks at me right? Princess, I’d notice," he winked, then just as fast, surprisingly out of nowhere.

He switched back to his normal, nonchalantly arrogant self, shoulders straight, smirk fading, eyes sharp like he’d just remembered something important, like the teasing was just a mask he could put on and take off.

"Now Princess, tell me why you and Emily aren’t speaking," he said, voice quieter now, serious underneath the tease, cutting straight through the noise, "I’ve watched you guys a quiet few times, and it’s not good,"

He reached over and pinched her nose, not hard, just a tap, affectionate and annoying at the same time, "you sure have a lot of beautiful girls you’re keeping enmity with, princess."

Ava rubbed her nose and glared at him, "it’s not enmity, it’s... complicated," she muttered, looking away, because if she looked at him too long she’d say something stupid.

Lynx knew Kira and Emily were looking at him from the spectator stands, he could feel their eyes on the back of his head, burning, Kira’s gaze was possessive, heavy, like she wanted to stake a claim right there in front of everyone.

While Emily... was just Emily, not possessive like Kira’s, but not happy either, she was also jealous, he could see it in the way she kept biting her lip, in the way her fingers kept twisting the hem of her skirt.

He knows Emily likes him, well not actually like, since almost all the girls now likes him, Emily has real feelings for him, and she’s beautiful, dark wavy hair, fair skin, she’s fucking hot, he likes her too, he’d be stupid not to.

Now he feels this will be the perfect time to talk about the ’Emily-Ava situation’, he felt Ava tense up beside him, her muscles going stiff, her breathing going shallow.

She stood up eventually, brushing off her uniform, smoothing it like it would fix anything, "walk with me, I’ll explain as we walk to the infirmary."

"Okay, princess," Lynx said, standing up in one smooth motion, he looked up at Kira and Emily in the stands and slowly winks at both of them, then he left with Ava, hands in pockets.

"Oh my fucking days,"

"Lynx winked at us,"

"I captured the moment, his face is so godly,"

Some Year 1 girls kept rambling on and on...Juniors... whispering, while Kira and Emily went stiff at first, then smiled.

Kira turned to Emily, arms folded, trying to look unaffected, trying to look like she didn’t care, "he knew we were looking at him."

"Yeah, I expected it," Emily said, but her voice had that soft, dreamy edge she got whenever she talked about him, the edge that made Kira want to scream, "that guy isn’t your average Blessed after all, reason why I fell for him at first sight, the way he walked into class like he owned it. With that dreamy face."

Kira rolled her eyes hard, "oh please, you were so desperate for his attention on the first day you guys met, asking him stupid questions, asking for his Instalite account, asking a bunch of other stupid things, while almost shoving your breast in his face, I was there."

Emily smiled at that, slow and smug, because she remembered too, by the way Kira’s breasts were also big, but hers was bigger, and they both knew it, she folded her hands under her breast and her tight uniform pushed it out, making it look even bigger, pushing the fabric, "jealous are we."

A few boys at her side were stealing glances, they didn’t approach though, they were just appreciating the view, at the same time pretending to be very interested in the fight happening below.

Kira scoffed, but her cheeks were pink, she hated that Emily could get to her like this, "oh, although yours may be slightly bigger, but mine’s not small either, and at least mine don’t look like they’re trying to escape."

Emily just laughed, bright and unbothered, "sure, sure, keep telling yourself that," then she nudged Kira with her elbow, soft, but pointed, "hey, forget about this boob talk, are you thinking what I’m thinking right now?"

"That we follow Lynx and that girl to wherever the hell they’re going?" Kira said, already halfway standing, because she was, she’d been thinking it for the last 50 seconds.

Emily chipped happily, bouncing on her feet, energy buzzing, "yeah, yeah a 100%," then she stood up, breast jiggling with the way she stood, she grabbed Kira’s hand and dragged her along, her fingers tight, "let’s go, what are you waiting for, come on."

"I’m coming, you brute, gently," Kira hissed, but she was already moving, letting herself be pulled, because if she didn’t go now she’d regret it.

They both hurriedly came down from the spectator seats, taking the steps two at a time, the boys nearby almost choked, two extremely beautiful girls, both almost sprinting, breast jiggling heavily with the impact, hair bouncing, uniforms fitting just a little too well, legs moving fast.

They almost whistled, but held back and focused their gaze back on the fight going on, they were extremely lucky Lynx wasn’t here, because if he was, he would’ve pulled out their eyes and eat it. Well he hasn’t had sex with them yet, so at least they’re safe from that.

---

Kira and Emily hit the ground floor together, breathing a little hard. Emily was grinning, "see, this is why we’re friends, we think alike."

Kira yanked her hand back, "we’re not friends, we’re... rivals."

Emily raised an eyebrow, "rivals for what, his attention?"

Kira’s jaw tightened, "I didn’t say that."

"You didn’t have to," Emily said, then her voice softened, just a little, "look, I know you like him too, and I’m not blind, but can we at least not claw each other’s eyes out while we’re following him."

Kira looked at her, "you’re annoying you know."

"I know," Emily said, and she was still smiling, "but I’m also right, so come on, before we lose them."

They started walking, side by side, not talking, but not fighting either.
