Primordial Red Goblin

Chapter 57: Amber’s New Class

I ran ahead and snuck up behind the goblins and quietly snatched the one in the back and returned to the girls. I shoved a cloth in its mouth to keep it quiet and tied it to a tree before stepping back.

"Here you go." I said to Amber.

She smiled and nocked an arrow as she took her position ten yards from the goblin. She drew back the arrow, took aim, and released it. The arrow slammed into the goblin’s sternum.

"Nice hit." I said.

She nocked another arrow and drew it back. She released the second arrow and it slammed square into its chest. A few seconds later the goblin’s head fell forward as it died. The moment it died Amber gasped.

"I did it. I unlocked the archer class." She said hopping and clapping.

"Good job my little fox." I said.

One by one I brought the other two goblin’s and tied them to the tree for Amber to kill. After all three were dead Amber took her arrows out of the dead goblins and put them back in her ring and we continued our journey. Lyra ran ahead and continued scouting. We walked until midday and I called Lyra back to the group and passed out some food for lunch. We sat around a tree and relaxed for an hour while we ate.

"This is fun. This forest has so many sounds and smells." Amber said as her little fox ears twitched every time a bird chirped.

I reached up and scratched behind one of her ears and she leaned into my hand and hummed.

"I’m glad you’re enjoying yourself." I said.

Then I reached up with my other hand and scratched one of Lyra’s wolf ears.

"Are you having fun?" I asked her.

"Yes. It’s nice to be outside of the city for awhile. It’s quieter out here and it smells a lot better." She said.

I heard Lucy gasp and looked over. Her hands were on her stomach above her womb and her palms were glowing.

"What is it? I asked.

"I thought since it’s been eight and a half days since the first time you put your seed in me I would check to see if I was pregnant. I am." She laughed with a wide smile.

I jumped up and rushed towards her and lifted her into a hug.

"That is fantastic news." I said.

The other girls surrounded us and congratulated Lucy.

"Can you check me?" Amber asked.

"Me too." Lyra asked.

"Of course I can." Lucy replied.

I released Lucy and she knelt down in front of Amber and put her hand on her stomach and it began glowing. After about ten seconds the glowing stopped and Lucy pulled her hand back.

"Yes you are pregnant as well." Lucy announced.

I snatched Amber up into a hug and she giggled in surprise.

"This makes me so happy." I said.

She wrapped her arms around my neck.

"I’m going to have babies." She whispered into my ear.

Lucy walked over to Lyra and checked her.

"Lyra is pregnant too." Lucy said.

Lyra looked at me with a wide toothy smiled as her hands moved to her stomach. Without releasing Amber I walked over and wrapped an arm around her and pulled her into a hug.

"All four of my women are carrying my children. This is a wonderful day." I said.

From behind me Lucy made another announcement.

"Sarah is carrying four babies." She said pulling her hand away from Sarah’s stomach.

My head snapped around as I looked at Sarah.

"That’s incredible news." I said as I released Amber and Lyra and went to Sarah wrapping both arms around her.

"There is something else." Lucy said.

"What is it?" I asked.

"Well a normal green goblin pregnancy is four months and if it’s the same with your race with Sarah being just over three weeks along we only have a little over three months before she gives birth and we have little ones to worry about." She said.

"Right. We need to buckle down and raise the coin needed to head into the forest and build ourselves a home for our children." I said.

"We are still four days away from the goblin cave we’re hunting." Sarah said.

"Hopefully we will find an orc cave or two during this mission." I said.

We continued our journey and in the evening we made camp and ate dinner.

"So. About the orphanage." Sarah said.

I sighed as I turned to Sarah.

"What now. " I said.

"I suggest you do it." Sarah replied.

"You do?" I asked.

"Yes. But as the first wife and the head wife I will handle the sisters." She grinned.

"Why do I have a bad feeling about this." I said.

"As someone living under the head wife’s rules I think I know where this is going." Lucy snickered to the others.

"Yep. Those sisters are about to lose the privilege of wearing bras." Lyra giggled.

"Because any woman belonging to my husband deserves to be ogled by him." Amber gave her impression of Sarah.

"Hey, I do not sound like that." Sarah argued.

"Close enough." Lyra teased.

"Well it’s true. If he is going to spend his hard earned coin completely funding that orphanage. Feeding and clothing those women and all those children he should at least have the privilege to have a little eye candy when he goes there to tend to the orphanage’s business." Sarah explained.

"Fine. Whatever. As the head wife you can handle the sisters." I sighed.

"Those sisters have no idea what they asked for." Lucy said.

All the girls began laughing as they went inside the tent and got dressed for bed.

The next day we continued our journey and an hour after we began walking Lyra rushed back to the group and slid to a stop in front of me.

"What is it?’ I asked.

She looked at me and smiled.

"Orcs." She replied.
