It was the voice of the bespectacled man.

He had just come out of one of the shops and was about to enter the next when he unexpectedly bumped into a zombie standing right outside the door.

The zombie’s eyes were open.

Fear instantly flooded his heart, and a scream escaped his throat before he could stop it.

The other zombies that had awakened and were pretending to be asleep with their eyes closed stopped pretending as well.

Since they had already been discovered, there was no point in hiding anymore.

They suddenly opened their eyes and pounced on the nearest prey.
