"I also promise to pay an upfront of 1,000,000 years of lifespan. I will even pay any additional fees as long as it is justified and I am satisfied."

After he made the promise, he took out most of the world essence that he had gained from the Cave Heaven of the divine beings he sealed and killed, like Money Body and Dragon Transformation.
