Liam smiled hearing his elder sister’s voice after so long. She was walking very fast, maybe going somewhere, but still received his call in almost no time.

"Becca, how are you?"

"Yes, sir. I’ll keep it short. All four units are currently rented, bringing in around $11,000 a month. The mortgage payment was $8,000, while taxes, insurance, management, utilities, and other expenses came to roughly another $3,000. So until now, the building was basically breaking even."

Damn! If I got eighteen million in cash, then this property must be a minimum of two million in value. But this two million is in assets.

"Okay, so where is this again?"
