"Sorry, I didn’t mean to be rude," Bliss immediately added. "However, that zom—Mark’s mother is Tier Two. The strongest I’ve ever seen. Unless another Tier Two Evolver joins me, I’m not sure we can manage to hold her down."

Leon leaned back into the chair, his posture relaxed. "I understand your concern, Bliss. But this isn’t our first time hunting Tier Two creatures. We have a track record of doing that."

Bliss’s eyes widened as she couldn’t believe it. Weren’t they Tier One?

How could they kill Tier Two creatures?

Seeing that she still didn’t believe, Leon sighed and placed his hand over the table. From his storage ring, blue soul crystals dropped one after the other.

The atmosphere in the room froze, and everyone unconsciously looked at the crystals.

Bliss’s pupils shrunk, and all sound disappeared around her. The only thing she could hear and see were the crystals and the sound they made upon touching the table.

’Seven... seven Tier Two soul crystals,’ She struggled to shift her gaze back to Leon.

’They have killed seven? How is that possible?’

If it was just one crystal, she might have called it luck. If it were two crystals, she might have thought they had simply stumbled upon injured beasts and finished them off.

However, seven...

She had no explanation for that other than the fact that they hunted for it. But that explanation felt absurd and unbelievable.

When she was Tier One, she didn’t dare venture into the territory of a Tier Two creature.

How did they do it?

Leon waved his hand, and the soul crystals were pulled back into his storage ring.

"I know I’ve confused you," He said with a light smile. "But I hope that convinced you too."

Bliss slowly nodded, then said something that surprised him.

"Star Wheels. Do you know about them?"

Even Selene was interested, finally turning to look at her.

"Oh? This is surely a surprise," Leon said in a low voice. "I know about Star Wheels. I’ve seen one. Why?"

Bliss nodded. "Good. That means you know how they work. I have a Silver Star Wheel available for use if you want."

"Silver..." Leon’s expression changed. "Tier Two, huh..."

Beside him, Selene also stirred, deeply interested. She looked at Bliss and asked in her usual frosty voice, "What do you want in exchange for some slots?"

After making a deal with Leon back in Williamsburg, she knew no one would be willing to give away the slots for free unless they were allies.

Bliss glanced at her and answered, "One Tier Two soul crystal for two slots."

Selene immediately frowned as she calculated how many she had in reserve.

"One crystal for four slots."

Bliss raised an eyebrow. Wasn’t she being too much? She shook her head and disagreed.

"I can’t do that. It would be a loss for me. After all, you would be getting four Tier Two items while I only get one crystal."

Selene folded her arms and countered. "There is always a chance of getting a useless item, no? There should be insurance for that."

The female leader’s brows twitched. "That still doesn’t mean that you can’t get four unique items from it. I still don’t agree."

Gwen smiled and said to her friend. "Selene, four is indeed a bit too much. Let’s settle for three."

Selene thought about it for a moment and nodded.

Glancing at Bliss, Gwen smiled. "How about that? Three slots for one crystal?"

Bliss obviously wasn’t content with this, so she looked at Leon. He was the leader and would definitely have the highest say.

The black-haired young man waved casually and said, "Their will is my will, so you can discuss it with them."

Then, he closed his eyes and abstained from the negotiation.

’Ugh. I guess I have to compromise. It’s not everyday I get someone offering me Tier Two crystals anyway.’

Bliss’s jaw clenched and she turned back to Gwen. "Fine. One crystal for three slots. However, it will only be for the first time. Next time, it’ll be one crystal for two slots."

Gwen nodded with a smile, understanding the compromise. With Bliss mentioning ’next time’, she was essentially trying to build a relationship with them, and Gwen happily welcomed it.

’This woman would make a good leader under our banner.’

For some reason, Bliss felt goosebumps rise across her skin. She immediately rubbed her arms and dismissed the feeling.

Once the negotiation was done, Leon opened his eyes again.

"Well then, what kind of Star Wheel is it?"

Bliss blinked. "What kind?"

Realizing that she was probably still in the dark about it, Gwen explained. "There are different kinds of Star Wheels. We have only discovered two—Equipment Star Wheels and Resource Star Wheels. So what’s the name of your Star Wheel?"

"Oh, I see." Bliss nodded in understanding. "It’s called a Class Star Wheel."

"Class?" Leon’s eyes sharpened. "Explain."

Taking a deep breath, Bliss calmly answered him. "It grants several classes similar to the one you receive from the Star Stream after evolution. However, choosing one won’t change your original class. It will simply register as a subclass."

"A subclass..." Leon muttered, his expression serious.

When he thought about it carefully, he realized this could be another bug in the system, and another thing that could widen the gap between Evolvers of the same Tier.

It was almost the same as abilities. A Level 10 Evolver with two combat-oriented abilities had a high chance of defeating a Level 10 Evolver with only one combat-oriented ability.

The comparison could be used for classes too, but on a larger scale. Classes usually come with various skills that contribute to an Evolver’s overall strength.

If an Evolver had two classes, then it meant having double the number of skills of a regular Evolver with only one class.

’Insane...!’

His black eyes shone with glee, and he turned to Bliss. "I’d like to see the Wheel immediately."

Nodding, Bliss stood up and led them out of the hall with Mark and Arnold trailing behind them.

They walked toward the back of the camp, where an unusual number of security guards were stationed.

Finally, they passed through a gate guarded by two Tier One Evolvers. Beyond it stood the Silver Class Star Wheel.
